4-6 Eggs
6-10 leaves Fresh Basil
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Walnuts or Pinenuts
1 Fresh Lemon
- Boil 6 -8 Eggs for 8-10 Minutes
- In a blender combine combine basil, olive oil, walnuts and lemon. Blend until you reach desired consistentcy.
- Spread over eggs. Save an additonal serving for another breakfast or quick and easy snack
